New Diamondbacks Uniforms

My baseball team, the Arizona Diamondbacks, have had some success and some failure in the short history as a franchise. But one consistent failure has been how unattractive the old white, purple, teal, and black uniforms have been:

Some of the players were getting so sick and tired of these dorky uniforms that they began to try out some alternatives:

So thank goodness that management debuted our new uniforms yesterday. The new scheme is black, “Sedona red,” “Sonoran sand,” and white. The emblem of the snake on the caps is a lot scarier and cooler, and the “D-Backs” and “Arizona” logos on the front of jerseys also look great:

Now whether these new duds help us win some games remains to be seen…
